ORDERS//

We generally do not re-stock items that have sold out as we like to offer new designs and often have limited numbers of garments, these products may be re run in the future but it is not guaranteed. Our most popular styles are usually released in new colors with each collection.

Immediately email us regarding your cancelation request to support@worldrebels.com. Please try to do so as soon as possible because most online orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. If your order has already been shipped there will be a 4% cancelation charge that will be applied, and shipping chargers will not be refunded.

Once your order has been received, you should receive a confirmation email containing your order receipt. If you do not see the confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folders to ensure it is not there. If you still have not seen the email please email us at support@worldrebels.com so we may look into it.

PAYMENT//

World Rebels™ accepts the following forms of payment:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Once you have placed an order with World Rebels™ online you should see World Rebels on your bank statement.

DELIVERY//

Once your order is received please allow up to 3-14 business days for your order to be shipped. Most items are in stock and can be sent out within 1 business day after placement of your order. Often times, certain items are manufactured from scratch after the order is placed, and would require longer time to process and fulfill.

All domestic orders will be shipped out using USPS Priority mail, or USPS First Class mail. USPS Priority mail generally takes 2-3 business days for delivery while First Class ranges from 3-5 business days.

All International orders will be shipped out using either the US Postal service, or UPS. Transit time ranges depending on the destination of the customer.

In order to track your order, please visit the “TRACKING” section of the site located at the top left corner. You will need the email address you used during checkout, “Billing email” as well as your order ID in order to track your package.

RETURNS//

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. The returned items must be in resaleable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend return shipments be sent with a shipping carrier that offers tracking service such as USPS, UPS, Fedex. Please note: The amount refunded excludes any outbound shipping paid on the original purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected by World Rebels’s Returns Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Exchanges are not available for online purchases. If a different size or color is desired, simply return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you’d like.

ACCOUNTS//

Please click on the “Login/Register” button located at the top right of the web site in order to login and register a new account.

You can find our newsletter sign up at the bottom right of the site. Simply input your desired email address there in order to sign up for our newsletters. Our newsletter is a great way to receive discounts and promos, and up coming release information before anyone else!

In order to update your account information, please login. Once logged in you will be able to update your address, email address, and other information in the “My Account” section of the web site.

If you forgot your password please click the “Lost your password?” button in the login/register prompt in order to recover your password. If you are have other issues and still cant log in after that please email support@worldrebels.com so we could take a look into it.
